We want you to love every piece you bring home from Free Soul Threads — but we know that sometimes it just doesn’t vibe the way you’d hoped. No worries — we’ve made returns simple and boutique-friendly.

Return Policy

We accept return requests for store credit only in the form of a gift card within 10 days of delivery on eligible items. Returns must be approved and meet our policy guidelines. Items sent without approval, outside the return window, or in non-returnable condition (worn, tags removed, final sale) may not be eligible for store credit and will not be sent back unless requested within 7 days.

Final sale items (accessories, jewelry, intimates, beauty products, and marked-down styles) are not eligible for return.

Please ensure your item is returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, stain-free, and with tags still attached. We do not accept returns with makeup stains, perfume, pet hair, or visible wear.

Returns that do not meet our condition standards may be declined for store credit. The customer can choose to have the ineligible item returned to them at their expense, or request that we donate the item. When your eligible item return arrives, we will issue the digital gift card /store credit. Thank you for helping us keep every piece boutique-fresh for all our Free Souls 🌿

To remain eligible for the return, item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.  

If your item meets our return policy — think fresh, unworn, and tag-intact — we’ll send over a prepaid return label within 5–7 business days. Once your item arrives back at our studio, store credit will be issued in about 5–7 business days.

Important Note:  You must ship your item to the return address provided on the label no later than 7 days from receiving the shipping label to ensure your return remains eligible. 

Store credit never expires, and you can use it anytime to find something that feels just right. ✨
